Opening Circle & Guided Meditation
We begin together in a sacred circle, grounding into the energy of the day. Through a deeply guided meditation, you’ll soften, settle, and arrive fully—body, mind, and spirit.
Oracle Card Insight Table
Draw a card whenever you feel called. Let its message meet you exactly where you are, offering gentle guidance, clarity, and reflection throughout your journey.
Soulful Nourishment
Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared light lunch, along with nourishing snacks and refreshing beverages to sustain your body and uplift your spirit.
Creative & Playful Expression
Reconnect with your inner child through mandala painting and creative exploration. No rules—just expression, joy, and freedom.
Forest Bathing Experience
Walk softly through the forest in a guided immersion among the trees. Breathe deeper. Feel grounded. Let nature gently recalibrate your entire being.

Indoor and outdoor washroom facilities are available for your comfort throughout the day.

Retreat Rate: $65 for 30- minute sessions
Each session is 30 minutes and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
