The journey through hypnosis begins as you, the client, relax into a comfortable and tranquil state. With each deep breath, you allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of profound relaxation, where your mind becomes receptive to the gentle guidance provided.
As the session progresses, the hypnotherapist guides you back to a cherished memory, a conversation you shared with your deceased loved one when they were still present in their human form.
