🌿 What You Will Learn
Reiki Level 1 (Shodan) focuses on self-healing, energetic awareness, and the ability to channel Reiki energy safely and effectively. Throughout the day, you will be guided through both theory and practice, including:
- What Reiki is and how it works
- The history and teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui
- The physical, emotional, and energetic benefits of Reiki
- Understanding the chakra system and energy balancing
- Introduction to pendulum use and dowsing
- Reiki self-treatment techniques
- Treating others with Reiki
- The Reiki attunement process
- Guidance on the 21-day Reiki cleanse following attunement
This training is experiential, gentle, and empowering — no prior experience is required.
